I was told my would be ready about lunch time. I showed up about 11:45pm. About 45 mins later, I saw my car sitting on the side of the building. I thought it was done. It wasn’t. I asked if they were waiti up about 11:45pm. About 45 mins later, I saw my car sitting on the side of the building. I thought it was done. It wasn’t. I asked if they were waiting on the part and they said no. I called the service desk (from the other side of the building) and was on hold for a few minutes. So, I hung up and came around the other side of the building and saw my service rep. eating. More

A 1 star is giving them too much credit. I would never recommend this dealership. I drove 2 hours to purchase a 17 Honda Civic only to get a message 30 minutes away that someone was there purchasing it. recommend this dealership.
