🚨Out of all the car dealerships I've been to when searching for a vehicle this was by far the worst experience I've ever encountered. The sale consultants (particularly Greg and Chris) are like sales searching for a vehicle this was by far the worst experience I've ever encountered. The sale consultants (particularly Greg and Chris) are like sales vultures. And their Manager (can't remember his name) is no better. They TRIED to put me in a vehicle that I absolutely did not want and used the assumptive sale to add services I did not request. I gave them 1 star ONLY because the finance Manager had to step in and give me my money back. If you have credit challenges, don't go see them. They'll pick any ole vehicle to put you in just to get it off their lot whether you're happy or not and make it seem like you don't have any other options. DO BETTER!!!! Both the sales rep - Cherrel Williams-Harrison - and the financial manager - Mark McFarlane - worked with such tenacity and diligence to get the car I wanted at such a great rate. Cherrel did a marvelous job explaining all the details of the interior and exterior of the car. She was efficient with answering all my questions and even touching on questions previous buyers tend to have. Mark is a persistent and dedicated FM. He worked hard to get me a rate that not only would seem impossible to get with my credit history, but it was also perfect for my budget. He didn’t quit during the approval process, but rather jumped through countless hoops just to help me out. These two were absolutely amazing and made this first time buyer experience one that solidified for me that for my next car, I will go back and see them specifically. More
