Kevin filled up the car after a 2 hour wait and gave it back & lied and said it took 16.8 gal. The catch was at 14gal & the supposedly 16.8 gal he stated the car still on her 275mi per tank. Little do he know I have been tracking the mile per full tank for 6months. Exactly how I knew he was lying. He also have me back my car smelling like GAS. Toyota cars used to best pre pandemic. Post pandemic the quality is trash and their employees has no INTEGRITY. More
Had an O2 sensor replaced at a local mechanic. Had issues immediately. Decided to take the truck to Toyota and have them look. They had it for 3 weeks. Also was having them do the front brakes Had issues immediately. Decided to take the truck to Toyota and have them look. They had it for 3 weeks. Also was having them do the front brakes as well, since I ended up in the ER while they had my truck, and can’t do them myself now. Over $800 later and finally got my truck back. Still runs so poorly I can’t drive it beyond to and from work (10 mile drive). Oh, and NO BRAKES! Paid for new brakes, but they didn’t bother. When the truck was dropped off, my wife had been in the sales area discussing buying her new car with a sales guy. Shes changed her mind after this experience. Beyond abysmal. Family has bought Toyotas for 70 years. Incredibly disappointing experience. Still have to find a place to get my truck fixed. More

Go to this dealership for your next car and ask for Will Berry! I can’t say enough positive things about him. In a world of shady car salesman where rarely, if ever feel safe, Will was transparent and wor Berry! I can’t say enough positive things about him. In a world of shady car salesman where rarely, if ever feel safe, Will was transparent and worked overtime to find us the perfect car. He cleared up the confusion of the car buying process and put us in a car we are proud to drive and will last us a long time. Thank you so much, Will! Side note: the finance guy, James Ruffin is also incredibly helpful AND hilarious. Wonderful people at this dealership, for sure. More
Alert to customers. Before you pay for a service repair, please get a second opinion. Last week I brought my car for an AC diagnostic and the advisor told me that I needed to replace the AC compressor with parts Conex. The estimate was about $3000 included labor. I paid the diagnostic fee $199. I took my car to independent mechanic and the problem was quite simple. It was just the radiator fan relay that needed to be replaced. I bought the part and fixed my car AC just for $26. Some of these people are just scammer. You bring the car for one problem and they add multiple problems just to make money. Be careful! More
Associate, didn’t explain anything at the end just pointed to the signature line very rudely. Couldn’t explain the 10k inspection either, just repeated what I said.
