The wait time is too long for service. They have way to many people that appear to service department employees just walking around. I have never seen this much activity in a service dep They have way to many people that appear to service department employees just walking around. Service Departament, take very long time to answer the phone or they put you in hold and never answer. The people who receive the cars for service are untrusted and forgive to do thing in the car service.

I mean it was okay. One of the workers hovered over me as soon as I got out of my car, which was sort of awkward. I really just wanted to get my car looked at then leave One of the workers hovered over me as soon as I got out of my car, which was sort of awkward. I really just wanted to get my car looked at then leave, but he kept trying to continue the conversation which made me a bit uncomfortable. Also the wait was a lot longer than I expected, but to be fair it was my first time getting my car serviced so that could just be how it usually is. Overall, the service was average to say the least and I ended up not even getting my car fixed because they were going to end up charging me $700 for something I later found out I could do myself at home for a whole lot less… More
