I’ve spent about 5 hrs in store, not including driving, over three visits trying to get repairs completed on a car I just purchased that “had no issues” to be told they are just now started. 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I should have been advised ahead of time that my appointment time did not have any bearing on when I would receive timely service.
