Advisor stated a part had to be ordered. I had to prepay for service before the work could be performed. Advisor didn’t call when the part arrived. Kenneth (KG) Ellsworth was excellent. He kept me informed of the progress while I waited and made sure I knew that I was a priority. I was made to feel that my business was appreciated.
