I had a bad alternator. Your price to repair was higher than ALL other Nissan service department within a 30 miles radius. Ridiculous!! If I didn't used you all, I would pay $180 for diagnostic test plus than ALL other Nissan service department within a 30 miles radius. Ridiculous!! If I didn't used you all, I would pay $180 for diagnostic test plus charges for a new battery, which I don't think I needed. I have been a loyal customer for years but I don't think I will use again. Clearly, over charging your customers is the way you do business. More
