KG was very professional and was very patient with me during my wait, especially with transactions. The wait time wasn't bad at all for a Friday. Kudos, STN MTN Nissan, keep up the good work! The wait time was very long. I had an appointment at 10:45, and did leave until almost 12:20. I value my time and will next time go to Jiffy Lube, or somewhere that can get me in and out. I also had to wait for my service person to get there when I arrived. He even stated that someone could have written me up, until he was finished with another customer.
