My suv still on warranty and trying to charge ton of money. Very bad customer service. More

My service was very good. I was in need of an extra key and I thought the key I found in my car could be programmed. The service guy came back and said that wasn’t the key for I was in need of an extra key and I thought the key I found in my car could be programmed.
