It was time to have my SUV serviced. I normally take it back to dealer for service where I purchased it. But decided needed a dealership closer. Called and spoke with Tevin to see if I could bring SUV in without an appointment, he said I could. When I got there a gentleman approach me and asked me did I have an appointment. I said no. He rudely asked " who told you that you could come in", walked off and went inside to find out. Felt somewhat uncomfortable and didn't know what to think. Tevin approach me in a friendly manner and identified that It was he who spoke to me. He expressed that he would be more than happy to help me. It ended up being a pleasant experience and I am looking forward to him being my service representative. More

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience at your service center. During my latest visit, the brake fluid in my car was changed without any prior review of the s regarding a recent experience at your service center. During my latest visit, the brake fluid in my car was changed without any prior review of the service history or verification of the vehicle’s mileage. The brake fluid was already replaced in late 2023, and since then, I have driven only between 13,000 to 15,000 miles. It is extremely surprising — and frankly disappointing — that despite being a regular customer who has consistently serviced my vehicle at your center, such a basic check was overlooked. I have always been under the impression that vehicle history and maintenance records are reviewed thoroughly before any service is performed. However, this marks the second time I have encountered a similar issue at your facility, where unnecessary service was carried out without proper consultation or need. It is disheartening to see that, despite the premium costs and trust placed in a reputed brand like Nissan, such lapses continue to occur. This not only causes inconvenience but also reflects poorly on service standards and customer care practices. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address the matter internally to ensure such incidents do not recur — for myself or any other customer.
