3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I should have been advised ahead of time that my appointment time did not have any bearing on when I would receive timely service. The service was good. But I have to say since I purchased my Parhfinder I had to get a set of new tires, brakes done and some other maintenance. I've spent over $2,300 do But I have to say since I purchased my Parhfinder I had to get a set of new tires, brakes done and some other maintenance. I've spent over $2,300 dollars getting my car serviced since May 31st when I purchased it. I just pray there are no other major repairs needed. More
