My service representative, K G Elsworth, provided great and accurate information covering my vehicle. There was one disappointment… While I sat in the waiting room, the customer sitting next to me receive and accurate information covering my vehicle. There was one disappointment… While I sat in the waiting room, the customer sitting next to me received a phone call. It appeared that someone was urging him to sell something. I assumed it was real estate. Five minutes later, I received a call from a salesman harassing me to sell my vehicle. I don’t want salesmen harassing me while my vehicle is being serviced. Of course, this had nothing to do with Mr. Ellsworth. More
