As I’ve explained to the service manager before, I spent $3100 on repairs for my Nissan Altima (which my daughter drives) which means I want everything in working order! I sent her for a scheduled oil change, and the tech writes that I need engine seals! I specifically TOLD the tech to repair EVERY repair needed! I have no trust in the techs, as I feel they are incompetent! More
