We easily made an appointment for the car to be serviced. On the day of the appointment, the service department took their time to understand the problem and were able to quickly fix the car and get us back On the day of the appointment, the service department took their time to understand the problem and were able to quickly fix the car and get us back on our way. I came in at 8am for a oil change and when I paid the bill I found out I had been charged for a tire rotation also. Maybe not so bad but I just had the tires rotated the week before. So I had to wait w bill I found out I had been charged for a tire rotation also. Maybe not so bad but I just had the tires rotated the week before. So I had to wait while they put the tires back the way they were before I came in. I was not able to get reimbursed for the tire rotation because that would require opening another ticket but a credit would be noted on my file for the next visit. I left at 10:30am. More
