I was very unpleased. I scheduled online and was not given the name of the service agent. Once I arrived, another agent took my paperwork and decided to serve me. The quote given was different than the given the name of the service agent. Once I arrived, another agent took my paperwork and decided to serve me. The quote given was different than the quote I received from the Conyers Nissan location. Upon me calling after leaving my vehicle for three hours, I was informed that the piece needed to complete the service was not in stock. I was informed that rental vehicles were given to individuals with services that will be 24-48 hours service. My car was brought in at 8:45 Friday and was not ready until Saturday morning at 11:00, and no loaner or rental vehicle was provided. More
