Advisor stated a part had to be ordered. I had to prepay for service before the work could be performed. Advisor didn’t call when the part arrived. Kenneth (KG) Ellsworth was excellent. He kept me informed of the progress while I waited and made sure I knew that I was a priority. I was made to feel that my business was appreciated. I had an appointment for 11:30 AM for oil change and was informed by Mr. Heath Wages that I would get an update in 45 minutes. When I hadn't heard from him by 12:45 PM, I went looking for him to get an upda informed by Mr. Heath Wages that I would get an update in 45 minutes.
