The dealership sold me a 2019 Infinity QX50 with the incorrect Nissan key and refused to replace it. You would think with an out the door price of $30,000 you would at the very least get the correct key incorrect Nissan key and refused to replace it. The wait time was very long. I had an appointment at 10:45, and did leave until almost 12:20. I value my time and will next time go to Jiffy Lube, or somewhere that can get me in and out. I also had to wait for my service person to get there when I arrived. He even stated that someone could have written me up, until he was finished with another customer. I will not be visiting this service center anymore. More
