I took my car in for a scheduled oil change appointment and my arrival was at 12:30 PM. I didn't get my car until after 3:00 PM and the total for that oil change was almost $100. This was the second time that I visited your site for the same issue. Unfortunately, the service gentleman was nothing at all a gentleman. He was rude. I did interrupt his lunch. His response, “we just can’t.” I expressed my concern. Initially, you showed me a sheet which stated that the wheel alignment was adjusted all around.
