I had an appointment at 8:30 am and I arrived promptly for my oil change. Why does an oil change take and hour and a half. My visit with the service manager and assistant service manager was awesome. I was a experiencing issues with my battery and had to have my vehicle towed in due not starting. My vehicle was checked out manager was awesome. I was a experiencing issues with my battery and had to have my vehicle towed in due not starting. My vehicle was checked out in a few minutes but had to be checked further due to the need to be checked more thoroughly. It was a busy day however, the time line from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The people are friendly and professional Exceptional service from Michael E.
