Price was extremely higher than my local Nissan dealership, so using rewards points only brought the price down to the regular price. Very disappointing, but at least I'm aware that prices at Ston dealership, so using rewards points only brought the price down to the regular price. I needed a mirror However they not only charged for the mirror but they also made me pay for the labor up front which is a huge no no in the world of Nissan. They also inflated the price greatly because a mirror but they also made me pay for the labor up front which is a huge no no in the world of Nissan. They also inflated the price greatly because all I needed was the glass part of the mirror. Gaimer place Nissan had no problem fixing just that part but Angel told me the whole mirror MUST be replaced because they didn’t know the status of the hold down clips that are inside the mirror hood. Bologna. Gwinnett place Nissan not only CHECKED those clips first but they also refused to let me pay labor up front. Shady business practices like this is why I gave y’all a 1 rating. I don’t do business that way and don’t appreciate being pushed around like that. I was a mechanic for 6 years and I know these are things you just don’t do, not if you expect to keep customers. More
