I had called to set up an appointment for the recall on the vehicle and requested to confirm that they have the parts needed to perform the work. They said they have the part and when I went to the appoint the vehicle and requested to confirm that they have the parts needed to perform the work. They said they have the part and when I went to the appointment told me they have to order the parts and then I would have to come back again.
