They were the nicest team of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with in a car dealership. He has a great sense of humor. Joe, likewise, was easygoing, yet willing to sit and talk with me through the whole process of decision making and negotiating and purchasing. I left and went to another dealership. They called me the next day, but did not push me to return, merely thanked me from coming into their showroom. Had my experience not been as good as it was, I would have not purchased my vehicle from them. Good job, guys! More

I visited the dealership a few weeks earlier looking for a used Honda CRV but the model I wanted was not in stock. He then invited me to look at a new model when Honda had a financing promotion on and since I had done my research he and Vernon did not waste much time in negotiating a decent deal with me. I walked away with a new car and they carried out the delivery promptly so I could drive it off the lot. I had offered to come back but they would not have it! Excellent customer service - a lot of patience by both of them in explaining the key features of the vehicle. I shall definitely recommend Paul Carey Honda in Snellville. More
