Took a Honda Accord LX there for a pre-sale check up. Car was running fine for days with no problems prior to taking it there. After the car was checked out and the check engine lights diagnosed, I left. A f was running fine for days with no problems prior to taking it there. After the car was checked out and the check engine lights diagnosed, I left. A few minutes later while I was driving, the car started skipping and bucking on and off (it's still doing it now). Called back to see if they accidentally left something out or didn't tighten something up, they claimed they didn't do any thing inappropriate and that the issues are related to the what was diagnosed from the check engine light. I cant prove they did anything wrong but it looks very suspicious to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! More

I searched for my new CRV among 15 dealers. Not a single dealer was as effecitve in responding to me as this dealership. John (internet sales) answered every one of my emails clearly and efficiently. He w dealer was as effecitve in responding to me as this dealership. John (internet sales) answered every one of my emails clearly and efficiently. He was amazingly patient. He made it clear he valued my business, but was at no time pushy. He helped get me a great deal. When I came into finally meet John, he had everything ready. There were no hidden gimmicks, no tricky upsales. He represented the process with great integrity. He answered all of my numerous questions and make the process painless. I was wary of going into the finance part, but I need not be as yet another great representative of the company, Matt, proved to be the best finance office manager I have ever deal with. I read every single bit of the paperwork, but we still flew through it because he was amazingly efficient, knowledgable and personable. I got a great rate, and thorough explanation and assistance. I hate paying doc fees, but the service was so great it took the sting away. The customer service manager also introduced herself to make sure I was satisfied. I came an hour away to go to this dealership, and I would make the trip again. This was probably the 10th new car I have every bought and it was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had in buying a new car. This is a true class act organization from top to bottom. Do not hesitate asking for John Bell and Matt for finance and you will be pleased. More
I started working with Lynda (internet sales), who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although their price was originally the highest of all the dealerships I contacted online, the manager (David) ended incredibly friendly and helpful. Although their price was originally the highest of all the dealerships I contacted online, the manager (David) ended up matching the best price I had negotiated elsewhere, and I was very happy to buy from Carey Paul. They sold me a fantastic car (Honda Fit), at a fantastic price, from a dealership with fantastic customer service (such as great staff and free first two years of maintenance!). When I went to pick up the car, Ron took me on a fun test drive, and he made all the paperwork as painless as humanly possible. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience, and I'd recommend Carey Paul to everyone. More
In 2007 I purchased a Honda Pilot from Carey Paul Honda in Snellville, I have purchased quite a few cars in my life but I must say that was the smoothest car purchase I ever made. Then in 2010 we traded th in Snellville, I have purchased quite a few cars in my life but I must say that was the smoothest car purchase I ever made. Then in 2010 we traded the Pilot in on a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox in 2012 we had had enough of it and wanted to get back into a Honda. We decided that we wanted a Honda CRV.We had positive equity in the Equinox so I didnt want to put anything down, went to Carey Paul on 4-21-2012 and dealt with Calvin and Andy the salesmen and then with Clinton the manager and we wanted an EX-L with rear entertainment. CPH didnt have a Black one of that particular model so we left and went to Ed Voyles, they only had 2 CRV's and we stayed there about 10 minutes and left then we went to Gwinnett Place Honda, the young salemen "Chris Adere?" was great. I told him I wanted to trade in the Equinox, no money down and the amount of the monthly payment I wanted for 66 months (also told them we had been to Carey Paul and that we were very close with them)Chris went to his manager "Marko" and after about 25 minutes both came sat down with us and the manager Marko told us we were off by "thousands and thousands" and if Carey Paul had offered us the deal we told them about "he highly suggested we go back to Carey Paul)So, I took Marko's advice-thats exactly what we did we went back to Carey Paul and closed the dealership down Saturday night 4-21-2012 and left with a 2012 Honda CRV in Alabaster silver an EX-L with rear entertainment system, no money down and exactly the payments we were looking for, and for the length of time we were looking for too. This is two vehicles we have purchased from Carey Paul Honda. If you are thinking about purchasing a Honda, do yourself a favor and go to Carey Paul Honda first. They will do everything in their power to get you into a vehicle on your terms and will absolutely give you the most money for your trade (if thats what you intend). Clinton the manager is a very funny and likeable person and Calvin and Andy were both outstanding. Overall another great experience at Carey Paul Honda. Yes Clinton the new Honda CRV did put a big smile on the wifes face! she even "treated" me later on Saturday night.......to dinner that is-lol Thanks Again guys it is appreciated! came into dealer asking for used car selection, price range of 5,ooo- 10,000. was given the answer of we have several car's within your price range. as salesman went into office and came out, he adv myse range of 5,ooo- 10,000. was given the answer of we have several car's within your price range. as salesman went into office and came out, he adv myself and relative to drive around and follow him to used car's. he adv that the one car he showed was the only in inventory and the price was 8,995. however the sticker on the car said 10,990. i enquired as to the descrepincy of the 2 prices. salesman adv that sales manager would reduce to the price online for sale which was 9,990. paper's were drawn up on this vehicle i desired, however during test drive there was an issue which driver's front wheel shimmying. seem's to be that dealership was more concerned with insisting to sign the deal rather than service the vehicle. my bank was called and adv me to have purchase order faxed along with customer satisfaction prior to sign the loan, or the loan would be rejected. adv salesman and sales manager that i desired to have issue fixed before signing the deal and to allow bank to over view the package deal of vehicle. the time was 15 mins before bank closed. adv salesman and sales manager that i would be paying all taxes up front, which would leave balance of vehicle to my bank for payments. salesman said ok, that the vehicle would be fixed and corrected by morning when i arrived, that the payment would be payed, the bank would send check directly to dealership. everything was agreed upon to arrive at the dealership at 10am. well not so... received phone call from salesman via his personal cell phone at 9:13 a.m. advising that he needed to know the time of my arrival to ensure car was cleaned and ready, he also adv that someone else was looking at car. i adv salesman that this is my car and to please not try and pull a fast one on me that i would be there within a hour's time.asked salesman was the problem corrected with tire shimmying, he stated yes it was. I said ok. well i received yet another call from salesman within 2mins yet again from his personal cell phone advising that he doesn't know how this happened but someone sold the car last nite and if this wasn't corrected that he was walking off his job by 12noon quiting....salesman also advised that car was still there and he didnt understand why he was told that car was sold, that the problem with tire was corrected within 10 mins of my departure.i asked to speak with the sales manager.. salesman adv that i would need to call back and request sales manager because he was calling from his cell phone. however i insisted upon speaking with sales manager and was transfered to front desk clerk who insisted upon knowing was i the customer asking of the inquiry of the car i signed the purchase aggreement on, i stated yes. now I am transferred to sales manager "Ryan Bartow. he advised that no money was put down on car, that they do not hold car's, that i didn't choose to use his in house finance, advising that he didnt mean to hurt my feeling's but had we choose to use his finance that the car would have been held, sales manager stated to me that there are always customer's whom sign the purchase agreement that don't come back to purchase the car they picked out.. advised the sales manager that this information was not disclosed to hold the vehicle, nor was there any courtesy call to me that someone was interested in the car i selected and to come down and make a payment to hold vehicle from further sale to someone else. therefor i am totally disgusted at the tactic's used by this dealership to "force" me into signing my name to a car that was not in driving condition, a car that was listed "as-is' and insisted on me locking into a contract before this car was serviced and corrected. i am astonished that even though i signed credit checks verifying my excellent credit score and that no money down was required or requested to purchase this car that i stated that i would be paying all taxes, dealer fee's in full upon delivery of working vehicle that this dealer in fact sold the car i was in process of purchasing. this is bad business. i called my credit union and advised of what just happened; they were highly astonished at the nature this dealership conducted business...i would not recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. i feel very violated and taken advantage of.management and finace manager really through me for a loop.i sat in this dealership for 4hour's putting this together, even advised the sales man of my health issue's and how badly i needed this vehicle running properly before signing this deal, my health began to weare upon me and i adv salesman that i needed to go lay down and also pick up my children from spring break camp. i adv the salesman and manager that i would continue purchase upon my bank reviewing package deal paper work. this should not have happened in any circumstance. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!! More

We just purcahsed a 2012 CR-V from Carey Paul Honda and had a great experience. We worked with Calvin via email prior to going to the dealership and he was extremely helpful, provided great information, had a great experience. We worked with Calvin via email prior to going to the dealership and he was extremely helpful, provided great information, responded to our emails quickly, and didn't try to jack up the price with added fees such as "dealer installed accessories" like other dealerships. Everyone including Paul in financing was very friendly. We visited 6 other dealerships before this one and didn't have anywhere near the same experience. We highly recommend this dealership. It's too bad their rating has thus far has been brought down by one negative review. Definitely give them a try...and ask for Calvin! More
First of all when I came to get the work done on my car I asked for John and was told he would do the work and he did not. I was there to have a ECM that I brought flashed to my 2001 Honda Civic LX key. The asked for John and was told he would do the work and he did not. I was there to have a ECM that I brought flashed to my 2001 Honda Civic LX key. The one I had in would start but it took anywhere from 30 to 45 min to start and stay on. They wanted me to have a diagnostic test which cost $115.00. I told them I had already done it at another Honda dealer and they told me it was the ECM. When I told Derick this he said ok he felt better knowing Honda had done the test. They took the car back for service and when it was done and I was getting the paper to sign Derick wrote on my paper work recommend diagnostic. I said did it not start he said yes so I ask why he wrote that on the paperwork. He gave me no real answer. So I left Honda and got about 10 miles and the key light came on. I made it to my son house and the car shut off and would not start back. I call Honda to speak to Derick but got he answer machine, left a message and he did not return my call. So the next day I call to speak with a manager and in formed he of what had happen his answer was because it was a used part there was nothing he could do. I replied I got ten miles and the key light came on also the person I asked to do the work did not. He said I should have done the diagnostic test like it would have been done right if I had done that and that all their Technicain were good. But I told him I asked for John and if he was not going to do the work I should have been informed. He just said there was nothing he could do for me and said goodbye. To me that was not good customer service he could had offer to at least put my old EMC back since I could not get the car to stay started. So I am sending this letter not only to you but to the BBB, Fox 5, 2 and 11. Thank for the chance to let you know what happen. More
