I will never shop at Carey Paul Honda again!!! First of all, I would like thank Varina for her professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. Overall, she did a great job. However, I will not recommend Carey Paul Honda as a great place to shop for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I have experienced a myriad of problems since purchasing my vehicle from this dealership, and I blame it all on their management team. First, they rushed me through the paperwork process without clearly explaining it to me. Second, they submitted my registration in the wrong name. Third, I experienced a delay in receiving my tag and registration because they failed to send my title paperwork to the tag office within the 30-day time frame, and I almost had to pay late fees and penalties. Lastly, I never received my "We Owe" and referral bonus as promised. Every time I called the dealership and asked for a certain person to get an issue resolved, that person was never available. Whenever I attempt to leave a voice mail, the voice mail was either not set up properly or my phone calls were never returned. I have had to visit the dealership in person on numerous occasions just to speak with a live person, but even then the management team has not been very helpful in resolving my issues. I will vow to never go back to Carey Paul Honda again for a trade-in or a new vehicle purchase in the future, and I will discourage every person I know from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

New Car Buying Experience I was pleasantly surprised dealing with Ricky Sax at Carey Paul because he wasn't the "usual" care salesman.
