Of course he pointed out the features and performance of the CRV but was not pushy about it . He just gave great advice on the car he sold and was familiar it. Evening Oil Change I called on the day of my service and the person told me to be at the dealership before 6:00 m. I made it to Carey Paul Honda by 5:50 pm. The servicin I called on the day of my service and the person told me to be at the dealership before 6:00 m. I made it to Carey Paul Honda by 5:50 pm. The servicing for an oil change and tire rotation took less than an hour and I was treated with the upmost kindness and respect. I am still enjoying my new car and hope to have a continuous relationship with the dealership. More
Poor Customer Service I went in for an oil change. I was the only car in service lane. I was there for five minutes or longer and no response from a service advisor. A seco I went in for an oil change. I was the only car in service lane. I was there for five minutes or longer and no response from a service advisor. A second car arrived followed by a third car. To my surprise the service advisors immediately went to these cars. One stated, I will be you after I help this customer. I left...I DO NOT SPEND MONEY WHERE I AM NOT VALUE AS A CUSTOMER. Worst car deal EVER This has been the worse, most unprofessional and unethical car buying experience ever. So much so that it is not even a car buying experience since we returned the so called new car. We bought a new Honda pilot from Carey Paul Honda and were promised that a certain amount would be our installment that would be deducted from our account in 4 weeks. After days and days of waiting for the payment information all we got was "don't worry we will get it done". When we went to meet their finance "genius" manager a week before the supposed payment he said the only way he could get an approval - which he apparently got 3 weeks ago on the day of sale - and the only way we will keep our car was to agree to either put both me and my husband on the loan or increase our monthly payment by over $60/month and reduce the loan term by 10 months... And obviously since we couldn't do it.. They gave us our traded car back and were humiliating enough to not even let us take the car back and get everything out to hand it over. From the moment we said we won't agree to your terms all we heard was no we can't, no that's not possible, no no no.. The sales team is exceptionally good but the finance guy will suck the fun and respect out of the whole deal. If you respect yourself as a customer and have dignity and don't want to be ran over like a dumb person DONT GO TO THIS DEALSERHIP!!! More

Five Star Customer Service I have been dealing with this dealership for the past 2 years. I was looking to purchase my first vehicle! They were prompt in getting back to me and I have been dealing with this dealership for the past 2 years. I was looking to purchase my first vehicle! They were prompt in getting back to me and was soooooo awesome at trying to satisfy my needs. I did not buy a vehicle during my first interaction because of personal things that came up, but the gentlemen that was assisting me sympathized with me and said he would get back to me in a couple months. He did! He has kept in contact with me since then. I know it's crazy that I have still not bought a vehicle but 2 years later, he is still checking in on me. Now someone may say he just wants the sale, but after a few months most places stop calling. The fact that he called after so long just shows how much they care about their customers at Carey Paul Honda!! When I am ready to by a car, this is the first place I will go. You guys keep up the great work!! I am truly taken back by the customer service that I have received. More
This dealership is very very unprofessional! For over a year and a half, we have been dealing with the bad trunk lift door on our 2009 Oddyssey coming down on us without any warning. The trunk does not st year and a half, we have been dealing with the bad trunk lift door on our 2009 Oddyssey coming down on us without any warning. The trunk does not stay up. The problem started 6 months after Carey Paul "fixed" the problem for us. I work 14 hours a day, 6 days a week, so I kept putting it off to fix. I finally ordered the parts and looked up how to fix them on YouTube. So, here is what I found. The parts which hold the trunk up are Upside Down!!! How the hell do you do that?? And I believe we paid over $300 to these idiots to have it fixed. On top of that, last week, we took our Oddyssey to have the oil change done and were told that there is a nail in the front tire. We were kinda surprised by that so took it to WalMart, and the technician said, "are you playing a joke on us?" Those were his exact words. There was no nail and nothing was wrong with any of the tires. In addition, they charge way too much and don't perform all the recommended services the manufacturer suggests. Stay clear of this dealership. Take your business to Gwinnett Place Honda or Mall of Georgia Honda. This dealership is a rip-off! More
