Bad service My service provider was Mike. I brought my car in yesterday, I showed him the problem with my van. The middle chair was not sliding forward or backwar My service provider was Mike. I brought my car in yesterday, I showed him the problem with my van. The middle chair was not sliding forward or backwards smoothly, I think it needed some lubricant on the rails. The 3rd row chairs weren't folding smoothly, it requires some muscle to collapse them.my wife drives the car and she couldn't do it at all. We saw a new model and she was able to collapse 3rd row with one hand easily with the pull string. Inhad issues with my Bluetooth picking up wind noise on the highway. When my wife called me from the highway, I couldn't hear her voice because the Bluetooth was picking up too much wind noise. My wife had the window up, the ac and heat was off. I thought something was wrong with Bluetooth. The 2nd row chair was jamming and made it difficult to get to third row. He told me it'll be taken care of. I took shuttle back to the house. 2 hours later, I get a call saying it was done. I took shuttle back. I checked my van and the seat was more jammed then before. I wanted Mike to come out and take a look. I showed him that the 2nd row chair on driver side was fully operational, I was able to use one had and pull the lever of the odyssey to collapse and slide the 2nd row chair forward. I showed him that the passenger side chair was still jamming, it was operational 60 percent of the time, it was requiring two hands to force it to collapse and slide forward. I told Mike the chair isn't fixed. He was smug at this point. He told me that what do I expect, it's a used car. He said to me that "what do you expect, you want a free fix?" he then told me he can charge $120 for a diagnostic. I asked him I thought that's what's they did for the 2 hours I left the car there. At the beginning I told him I had bumper to bumper, I asked him did that include keeping the chairs operating as expected. He said yes. I install a baby car seat in the 2nd row driver side seat so I need a fully operational passenger side 2nd row chair. I don't expect a new chair, I just wanted some adjustments so that the chair collapses every time not 60 percent of the time. The middle seat in 2nd row still slides roughly on the rails. Mike said what do you expect, it's a removable chair and again he mentioned that it's a used car. I said I understand it's used, couldn't you have greased the rails for me. The 3rd row seat still didn't collapse smoothly. Mike said he had no problem doing it. I told him I understand he has no trouble but the problem is my wife who's smaller in stature and considerably weaker could do it. Again he said what do you expect, it's a used car. At this point I'm tired of him repeating it. He was belittling me at this point. As for the Bluetooth, Mike said he didn't hear any wind noise when the tech called him. I asked him was the tech driving highway speeds, Mike said tech was in shop. I said that doesn't solve anything, Mike said we don't drive the car on highways. I didn't say anything because it was useless. I was very frustrated with Mike's attitude. I was disappointed that my service report states that the tech was unable to reproduce my problems with the chair, the blue tooth part told me to go to a website that says nothing useful. I went home, watched YouTube and adjusted the chairs myself after about 30 mins. I did not expect to be treated so rudely at your service center. I will never come back. More
