Air bag recall repair I generally don't even try a dealership for service due to inconvenience and expense, but I may have changed my mind after the service recently from I generally don't even try a dealership for service due to inconvenience and expense, but I may have changed my mind after the service recently from Kenneth at Carey Paul Honda. I scheduled my car to have airbag recall repairs done on both sides of the front seat. Kenneth was my consultant and he was amazing, smiling, joking, service oriented, pleasant and kind. I don't think there was one thing he could have done better. My car was suppose to take an hour and half for service and he had it in and out in 45 minutes. I was just settling down to enjoy my Starbucks not expecting to hear from him for a while. While dealershps are still more expensive then getting your mechanic to fix most problems. Some things just have to be done at the dealership. I would call Carey Paul Honda any time in the future and I'd ask for Kenneth. Way to go good brother! More
