Engine seizing up due to error of technician On February 11th 2019 my daughter had her 2015 Honda Civic towed in to Carey Paul of Snellville Georgia due to her engine seizing up from an oil leak On February 11th 2019 my daughter had her 2015 Honda Civic towed in to Carey Paul of Snellville Georgia due to her engine seizing up from an oil leak. Carey Paul Honda did the routine maintenance on her car and change oil with a full synthetic blend which had a maintenance schedule of intervals of 7,500 miles. The car had been driven approximately 4000 miles before she noticed an oil leak and the low oil light coming on. Upon the service department examining her car they discovered that the oil plug was missing. Carey Paul Honda was the only place where oil changes had been done on her car. Either the oil plug was over tightened Stripping the threads or not being tightened properly causing the plug to work itself out and oil leaking out over time .. Now Carey Paul Honda is holding her responsible acting if these things never happen as a oversight by a technician. However if the plug had been properly placed on the oil pan this would have never happening. Carey Paul Honda should take full responsibility for this error and make sure my daughter is made whole. She has lost time from work and family time with her children in an effort to resolve this matter.. when both the service manager and general manager have ignored my calls and ignored her and wasted her time when she came down to the dealership in an effort to make some sense out of this. Therefore I hope they would take this letter as a form of quality control to ensure that these things never happened to their future customers. More

I had a recent car accident and my car was deemed a total loss. It is really hard to look for a car when you are working everyday. Mr. Toussaint was patient with listening to my financial needs and putting me in a comfortable vehicle. So while I was working each day Mr. Toussaint was looking for a car in my price range. I was up and down on what type of vehicle I wanted to buy. On February 3, 2019 I made a decision on a 2015 Honda Civic with excellent features. The car is sexy! Used vehicle interior leak! Purchased a used vehicle from them and when we got home discovered a water leak. Contacted them and they went above and beyond to help find the leak. Quick Lane Manager is the WORST Larry Morgan is suppose to be a manager but has no manners whatsoever! He was rude, wouldn't even let me explain what was wrong with my honda accord, Larry Morgan is suppose to be a manager but has no manners whatsoever! He was rude, wouldn't even let me explain what was wrong with my honda accord, made me wait forever and mumbled under his breath when I asked him question since I work in the industry. What a waste of time, never going to this place ever again. No one really pays attention, they don't care to put the customers first here. Go to a real Honda dealership who welcome the business, take the time to listen and address the issues you are concerned with. More
