The people I worked with were nice enough, but it's old school tactics at this dealership. They were focused on payments instead of how much the car costs even when I told them I might not even finance i school tactics at this dealership. There's an inventory shortage so I knew I wasn't getting much of a deal, but not only did I pay over MSRP, but they had $2k+ worth of add ons I didn't want they forced me to take. I was also told one interest rate when I was in the showroom and it was a full point higher when I went back to F&I. I had driven an hour to get the car I wanted so did the deal and just refinanced out of the crappy loan, but I sure wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that cared about how much they pay for the car they want.
