Tony Henry was very patient with my daughter and I when purchasing our vehicle. He was very informative about the vehicle and even went over everything again when my husband showed up afterwards. Unbelievably terrible experience This dealership is scum. Honda & Mr. Carey Paul's family should sincerely look into what is happening to his good name. I have purchased 2 Honda' This dealership is scum. Honda & Mr. Carey Paul's family should sincerely look into what is happening to his good name. I have purchased 2 Honda's from this dealership in the past 3 years. Both were good experiences, it why I returned. There has been a complete turnover in staff, that should have been red flag that something was amiss. I got there at 10am and left at 4pm with my vehicle. 6 hours. This was a cash purchase, no financing involved. I purchased a 2020 Honda Odyssey from these thugs, and I wish I never did. Eric Anderson, The General Sales Manager (GSM) is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. He is new there (just 9 months) and I watched him YELL and berate 2 salesmen over a paperwork issue. He quite literally made a scene in the small dealership lobby. Me and the rest of the customers (& even the receptionist!) couldn't believe it. He screamed: "Then F***ing figure it out! God-D*mn children!" that is word for word. I wish I had a video of it. He is scum. The next terrible person working here is the finance manager Terril Smith. I can't believe this guy is allowed to work in one of the most important positions at the dealership. -When I entered his office he was loudly playing Lil Wayne rap songs on a Bluetooth speaker. -He ate a Jimm Johns sandwhich during the entire closing process. -When I asked him if he could do that later and turn down the music he said, "When I'm hungry, I get stressed" again, that is verbatim. -He continued to huff and puff as he typed away. I heard him curse and mutter under his breath how someone had handed him the wrong file. Just totally unprofessional, and actually a terrible person. He too is scum. Lastly, my Sales agent was Tyrone Williams. He is nothing to write home about. He wasn't good, but he wasn't bad either. Just your typical car salesmen trying to slant everything to get his sale, which I understand. He would frequently say, "give me one second" and then disappear for quite literally 20 minutes at a time. I have no idea where he would go. I was up against the clock and needed to purchase a vehicle before the year's end. If I had more time I would've gladly paid more money to have shopped somewhere. These fools acted like they did me a favor selling me $38k vehicle. Truly scum dealership. More
