This dealership is scamming people, and when called on it they are unprofessional and hostile to the point of removing people from the dealership by force. read below for more details. Me and my wife boug they are unprofessional and hostile to the point of removing people from the dealership by force. read below for more details. Me and my wife bought a new Honda CRV from Stone Mountain Honda. I didn't realize they are not Carry Paul anymore that should have been my first hint..., and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon reviewing the paperwork a few weeks after our purchase, I noticed a $1,895 charge for a protection plan. We had not received any documentation about this plan during the buying process, and I hadn't noticed the charge at the time of purchase. Despite declining additional services offered by the finance department, I assumed we were not subjected to any extras. When I contacted the dealership for clarification, They informed me that the protection plan included window tinting, a window coating, paint protection, door trim guards, and wheel locks. While I did receive the wheel locks, none of the other services were actually installed before I took possession of the vehicle. I visited the dealership to address this issue and spoke with Sales Manager Kel Edwards. He offered to install the missed items, but since I had never wanted the window tinting or other services, I requested a different resolution. Kel stated that there was nothing more he could do and literally walked away. This was just the beginning of the unprofessional-ism. Frustrated, I approached another manager in the sales area, while Kel said not for me to enter (watch me buddy...) This led to an encounter with General Manager Adrian Bryant. When I explained that I felt scammed because the services billed were not performed, Adrian dismissed my concerns as an error on their part. Sure from your perspective... from mine you scammed me. He suggested that the car had been discounted by approximately $1,800, which he believed covered the missing protection package. I disagreed, as the discount was negotiated against the car’s MSRP, not the protection package. Adrian's demeanor became increasingly unprofessional. He accused me of trying to extract money or upgrades and told me to leave if I didn’t want the services performed. I surely don't want you or anyone associated with you touching my car at this point. When I requested the names of all employees involved, Avery refused and suggested I have my lawyers contact him. As tensions escalated, he threatened to call the police to have me removed from the premises. Ultimately, I decided to leave. In conclusion, my experience with Stone Mountain Honda was deeply unsatisfactory due to what I perceive as deceptive practices and a lack of professionalism. I hope this review helps others avoid this dealership. More
If I could give zero I would for this dealership and the whole Honda service department. No accountability for their defective car. No empathy for clients that don’t have transportation due to their faulty whole Honda service department. No accountability for their defective car. No empathy for clients that don’t have transportation due to their faulty vehicle. And no chance I will ever buy a from this or any location in the future. Do not get suckered in by false advertising on their reliability and service. More
The dealership was not willing to negotiate -- their "excuse" was that they just lowered the price of the vehicle $300 same week. They were also not honest about price - price of vehicle kept changing "excuse" was that they just lowered the price of the vehicle $300 same week. They were also not honest about price - price of vehicle kept changing by all the add-ons, and extremely high "document fee", which is pure profit to dealership. Finance was never available by phone, kept making "errors" on contract (not sure if it was intentional or not), and wouldn't directly answer questions about warranties or other details and kept warranty prices hidden. Will be canceling the warranties next week. Car was not ready when they said it would be, and was only minimally vacuumed and outside washed - seats and interior were never cleaned or wiped down. Salesman was friendly, but had limited influence to manager. Dealership is under new ownership with new staff. Would not recommend. More
DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE PLAN! !! IT’S A FRAUD!!! Finance guy, Floyd, told me a 10 month/60K mile service plan would cost about $15 a month. Never told me The total cost. And when !! IT’S A FRAUD!!! Finance guy, Floyd, told me a 10 month/60K mile service plan would cost about $15 a month. Never told me The total cost. And when I signed my contract, I didn’t sign the paper contract. I signed a tablet so people don’t really Scroll up and down to see the whole contract especially when they’re being told they’re signing one thing and an actuality they’re signing something completely different. A couple of days after I got my paper contract, I decided to look at it and noticed I had a $3000 charge for my service contract. When I did the math, $15 times 72 months equals $1080 so I immediately called back to find out what was going on. Miraculously I could not get in contact with anyone. I was avoided for two whole days until I had to actually go into the dealership and cancel that fraudulent contract. No one gave me an explanation for charging me three times what I was told. I will never do business with this fraudulent company again. Nothing but scam orders. after reading some of the reviews, this seems to be a common practice in the used car business. I believe the finance guys get compensated for selling them. This should be illegal!! More

Brought my 2019 Ridgeline in for “emissions system problem” message on dashboard. The dealership Carey Paul Honda became Stone Mountain Honda during the service. My service advisor was let go/ quit du problem” message on dashboard. The dealership Carey Paul Honda became Stone Mountain Honda during the service. My service advisor was let go/ quit during the service and no one relayed that information to me. Took 7 days for repairs and an exorbitant amount of money for a vehicle that was purchased at this dealership and all services were performed there. Mrs. Pat Shabazz was the only person that tried to assist me during this process. Jeff Hendricks , service manager did not even call me back. Poor experience. I will not support or spend any money with the company! More
Brought my car in for a set of new tires and rear brakes. I always take pleasure in keeping my car clean and spotless. My car was returned to me with black smut all over the tires and rims. But, that I could I always take pleasure in keeping my car clean and spotless. My car was returned to me with black smut all over the tires and rims. But, that I could clean I thought… a closer look turns out they had scratched multiple rims and one run had 2 chips to it like they had been hit with a tool of some sort in the process of completing the service. I addressed this before l acing calling the advisor Ruddy back out to look at my findings. He went back inside to supposedly notify the service manager. It took him so long to come back, I went back inside myself. At this point I’m told the manager was with a customer and he’d view their cameras to see what happened when he “gets a chance”. Now I’m upset because this is not a simple curb rags but a nice size chunk in my rim. After seeing my frustration Ruddy then tells me the service manager is not on the premises and that he’d cal me later after he returns. Which was a lie bc he-Ruddy and another associate had already told me he was with someone. The assistant manager then comes out to basically tell me the chip was already there and was a rock chip. The size and depth of the chip was not even consistent with a rock flying and hit a rim. It was done by a mechanical tool. The next day Ruddy calls to tell me they will have their rim repair guy take a look and assess the damage and call me back to bring the car in. Obviously admitting they did the damage! A week passes he never calls back so I call him. He again says let me get back with my manager and I’ll call you back within the hour. Ok fine. Here it is 3 days later and I have not heard from anyone! I tried to give the time to correct the issue before writing a review but they continue to drop the ball. I will not be returning or will I ever recommend this Carey Paul Honda to anyone! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them for this type of service. Not to mention on two occasions they were supposed to rotate my tires and lasted the service but didn’t complete the rotation. I knew this because one of my tires had a distinct white mark on the inside and I used that as a marker to check each time. They’ve hired some new kids to work on servicing our cars and all they do is horseplay while customers are waiting 4 hours for simple services. Carey Paul Honda just lost a 5 time Honda owner’s business and about to be 6 with the purchase of my graduating sons new Honda we are in the market for. Then on top of that, they intentionally don’t send their service review email when there’s a problem. But, I’m submitting this review everywhere I can find, so that people will know not to come to here. Do better!!! More
Do not leave a deposit for any vehicle. They will just keep your money and you will never receive the vehicle. We are a military family located 2 hours from this dealership. I saw they ha They will just keep your money and you will never receive the vehicle. We are a military family located 2 hours from this dealership. I saw they had an odyssey I wanted so we decided to make the trip. When we got there they said they didn't have the vehicle listed on their site. But they could quickly get one. Left a deposit of $1000, which I understood for the trouble, and we came back home. I called them a couple days later and the salesman I was dealing with said they could not with another dealership but I could order an odyssey. Would take about a month or 2 to get there! I told him no thank you. I would just like my deposit back this was not what we had discussed. He said yes no problem. I will tell the sales manager. Sales manager Todd M called me back and said give me a couple of days. We are working with another dealer. Do not worry. I told him I was being ghosted and people were not returning my calls. He said he would "personally" call me back and let me know in a few days. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not received any calls. I did not want to escalate this and make bad reviews. But their bad communication skills and level of deception have left me no choice. It is a shame that this is the treatment my husband, an active duty soldier, is getting. If they had been more transparent and HONEST. I would have possibly continued to work with them. But they keep ignoring my calls and lying. Do not believe their website. The cars are not there. More
