I would like to take a moment to update a previous post in reference to this Dealer. We originally had a terrible experience here as you will see if you review my first post. Since then, the President of in reference to this Dealer. We originally had a terrible experience here as you will see if you review my first post. Since then, the President of this RV dealership has contacted us and made good on many of the complaints that we had. I truly believe that he was not aware of what his employees were doing. Especially the sales person who outright lied to us. As I told the owner I would never represent my employer in that fashion, and expect others to be just as courteous. Sometimes I guess its best to go to the top when you have a problem. Therefore, I learned never to judge the business by its employees, and if you have questions ask to speak to someone who will answer them honestly, as this President did completely. I would give him 10 stars if the rating would allow. Kudos to Mr. Cox for not allowing us to just become another dissatisfied customer. More

Completely "no-nonsense" deal; fair price, fair trade--if it's the unit for you, let's work it out. Although skeptical because of what previously occurred, I was on pins and needles waiting for the culmination of the deal. When it happened, everything was just as he said--no gimmicks, no come-ons and the price did not change when it was ready to be picked up! On another note, Jeremy, who gave a thorough run-through of the unit was both knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend this salesman and dealer to anyone hands-down! More

They put our needs first and foremost. They patiently answered every question we had. Everyone on the property was very helpful.  Kristen,who was our salesperson, was VERY helpful in helping us make our decision, she is the greatest and can't say enough about her. Art,walked us through all of the paperwork addressing all of our concerns. They scheduled our walk-thru and delivery at our convenience. Our walk-thru with Darryl was fantastic. His patience with us was well appreciated as we wanted to know everything. Even though we have owned a travel trailer in the past, he explained everything about the Sonic. He made sure that everything was clean and worked the way it was supposed to work, And offered some great advice and useful tips.The service department did an outstanding job transferring and setting up our weight distribution hitch.  "Everyone" at Stolzfus RV &Marine went out of their way to make us feel welcome and part of the family.
