The salesman we dealt with last was not there anymore. We were introduced to a wonderful sales women named Nina Deptula. Her warm and friendly personality made us feel very welcomed. She was well informed of the vehicle that my husband wanted and we went for a test drive and that was it.He loved it.She explained all the details about the car and was really up on everything. Well I was not in the market for a car but my husband fell in love with the new RX350 and got me to trade in my 350RX.So Nina sold two cars in two days to us. She again was great and did a wonderful job of explaining everything. not only that we were dealing with the coldest weather in NY so far this season and here she was out there cleaning stickers off the cars and getting things ready for us. She was just delightful. The Lexus Team at Massapequa are great and everyone pitches in to make you feel right at home. Thats why we keep going back. We love Lexus and we love the staff there! More

I walked into the dealership, interested in the 2016 Lexus NX and was greeted nu I could not be more satisfied with the manner in which I was treated. I can not say enough about Alexis. She was not only professional, but so friendly,I immediately felt like I'd known her for years. We discussed my wishes in the vehicle, and with the help from Alexis and the staff of Lexus of Massapequa,all aspects of my wishes were met. Not only did they have the exact model,color,interior,and packages I wanted, they worked with me and met the price I was willing to pay.I can't forget Larry Smath, another incredible person that I had the pleasure to work with during my purchase.
