OUTSTANDING I leased a Lexus IS 350 AWD from Nina Deptula at Lexus of Massapequa over the weekend. I am happy to report that despite my expectations set by previo I leased a Lexus IS 350 AWD from Nina Deptula at Lexus of Massapequa over the weekend. I am happy to report that despite my expectations set by previous experiences with car dealerships, Lexus of Massapequa provided the most outstanding leasing process from inception to close and delivery. Nina was a pleasure to work with and was meticulous about the each detail of the transaction which made it an easy and even enjoyable process. Larry Smath the longtime finance manager at the dealership was also the very best I've ever encountered. Fair, honest, and quality just about sums up the overall experience and I highly recommend them. When contemplating going for the car I wanted, Nina said you deserve it Michael... She was right and she made it happen seamlessly! More

Lexus of Massapequa EXCEEDED our expectations! Wow.. buying our RX350 from Lexus of Massapequa was a wonderful experience. We have bought many cars in our time and yet only a handful of them I can Wow.. buying our RX350 from Lexus of Massapequa was a wonderful experience. We have bought many cars in our time and yet only a handful of them I can say we felt that way about. This one might just have been our best yet! It was truly a pleasure from start to finish. Right from the beginning our salesman Bert Hall was just right.. very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, pleasant and honest. He was a big fan of our old car (an LS430 which we owned for 10 years and loved as well) and we bonded over that immediately. He kept in touch with us over the next week while we were deciding about our new car and always called us back promptly if we had a question. He gave us a firm price for the car and when we went in to sign the papers it was just that. No funny business.. no bait and switch.. no smoke and mirrors.. no stress. He was totally honest with us and delivered on everything he promised. He was a great salesman. Of course he wanted us to buy a car from him but he was never was pushy. Bert is a true professional. Our whole experience at Lexus of Massapequa was a great one and it wasn't because of those tasty fresh baked cookies. We also had the pleasure of meeting and working with another salesman Jose Velasquez as well. He did a lot of our paperwork for us and showed us the features of the car when we picked it up. Jose was always friendly, outgoing and always willing to lend a hand to make our purchase a smooth and pleasant one. In addition to Bert and Jose we met the manager Salman Umar who worked on our deal.. He too was very honest and forthright.. which is so important when you make a big purchase. Even the Business Manager who you meet when you are exhausted and just want to get out of there could not have been nicer. He even made us laugh with those noise makers on his desk. There are plenty of car companies and plenty of car dealerships but it's the quality of the people that work there that truly make the difference in your experience. We drove away with smiles on our faces. We were treated as valued customers and with respect and honestly. What's better than that? Thanks Bert and Jose and Lexus of Massapequa.. we are 100% happy customers. More

Nina Deptula was very atten I did some shopping around for a 2016 Lexus ES 350 and this dealership is by far the best Lexus Dealership on Long Island. Nina Deptula was very attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. From the minute I called to inquire about the car Nina demonstrated a professional, helpful and caring demeanor. She assured me that I was going to leave that dealerahip in a brand new Lexus and she delivered. Nina went above and beyond and really took care of me. Russ, one of the finance manager was also very helpful, friendly and willing to help me obtain the car I wanted. The atmosphere in this place is warm and friendly. So much different then all the other dealership where all they see is dollar signs. I would strongly recommend anyone who is in the market for a Lexus; go to Lexus of Massapequa and ask for Nina Deptula. More
General manager unprofessional I had leased 4 vehicles with this dealership with no problem whatsoever..I wanted to buy my lease and General manager wanting to rip me off for $3000. MY GIRLFRIEND IS A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND THIS IS HER SECOND VEHICLE PURCHASED FROM THERE DEALERSHIP. SHE HAS BRAKES AND A OIL CHANGE DONE AND IT COSTS $949 DOLLARS. NOT EVEN NEW ROTORS LIKE SHE WAS TOLD SHE NEEDED THEY CUT THEM. $949 DOLLARS THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED. AND WHEN SHE RECEIVED A LOANER SHE WAS TOLD SHE HAD TO PUT GAS IN IT IT WAS EMPTY. AND AS FAR AS THE ATTITUDE FROM ROB IN SERVICE SHE WILL NEVER RETURN THERE EVER AGAIN. SO A WORD TO THE WISE THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. BEWARE. THEY WILL NEVER SEE THIS LEXUS 450H AGAIN. More
