We found out that Chris was now working @ Lexus of Massapequa and decided to go there. We met Sales Consultant Aaron Trembley who could not have been more helpful. I drove my 2015 Lexus NX 200T to service and met Darwin in the valet department. I have dealt with Darwin before so I knew I was in good hands. I saw Michael Balletta my Service Advisor and he got Kyle who did the install of my jammer involved. Lexus Massapequa Service Department is the absolute best in the business. I have only driven luxury cars my entire adult life and no one on Long Island has a Service Department that can even come close to competing with Lexus of Massapequa.
