He listened to what we wanted, provided us good information and he supported our decisions. There was no hidden agenda's or "gotcha moments." We had never shopped with Lexus and our first experience earlier in the day was horrible at another dealership (Lexus Rockville Center). The sales person at Rockville Center did not listen and tried to insult us on the trade-in price of our car. My wife is very picky and wanted to forget the whole thing and keep her car. We were about to give up on Lexus until we went to the Massapequa dealership. The experience was the difference between night and day. Even the Finance Director Larry Smath was helpful. Due to the transparency and great customer service that Bert and Larry provided, they now have customers who will not hesitate to return to their dealership for future purchases for our family. Bert Hall, was my sales guy. We made eye contact when I initially stopped by to view the selection. We said hello and I feel like i can truly call Bert a friend. He's professional and courteous. He was very thorough with details in selecting my new vehicle. He explained things while we test drove a vehicle. Because there is so much to absorb, Bert invited me to attend one of his classes where he goes into further detail about many features this vehicle has to offer. I brought my daughter with me to pick up the new vehicle; she was amazed. I grabbed a few of Bert's business cards. It would be my pleasure to refer my friends to Bert; He's an amazing sales agent. I actually spoke with a friend on the way home; she said her husband wants to by her a Lexus. I will send them to Bert. The coffee in the waiting area is delicious also. More
