Then he told me to sign a paperwork. Afterwards i ask again for his name , Darwin he said and ask " do I bother you?" I said I just want to know who I'm talking to. He then led me to a room. Give the papers to the guy inside, i stood there never offered to have a seat , didn't even look at me he is just looking at his computer, this is around 8:23 he then told me to go inside the waiting lounge. His name is Peter as per calling card! The LEXUS CAR performance is exceptional, the LEXUS STAFF needs major overhaul!!! Service is not only technical and mechanical but also personal. hope the superior/s of these personnel will explain the importance of costumer service. you're selling cars and We the costumers are the BUYERS not the other way around! Get it!!! More

I was going to test drive the Rx350 and as soon as I got in decided I wanted smaller. Bert quickly brought over the NX. We went out for a test drive and he was a wealth of information yet not high pressure. We discussed a deal and I told him I needed to think about it. Again he was a gentleman and not high pressure. He was very attentive every time we called with a question. In the end we agreed on a deal. Even picking up the car was easy. Highly recommend Bert. More

Paid for a oil change but it was never done I brought my car in for an oil change but they recommended some other service in addition to the oil change. They tested the oil and confirmed it was used and not recently changed. More
