Poor Experience Bought a pre-owned vehicle here. The entire process took too long and they charged me an unusually high document fee. I was an out of state customer Bought a pre-owned vehicle here. The entire process took too long and they charged me an unusually high document fee. I was an out of state customer and was given repeated assurances that my DMV paperwork would get to me on time which to me justified the high doc fee. But they took months to get me my DMV registration and plates. I ended up calling them a few times and finally someone responded to me and told me there was a delay. She did apologize which was nice and they sent me a courtesy gift basket, but couldn't they get it right the first time especially with such a high document fee? More
