We were referred to Bert Hall who was very knowledgeable about the RX350, which we ultimately leased from them. Both Chris and Bert took their time explaining everything about the car. Chris tracked down the car that had everything we asked for and Bert thoroughly explained the features and how to operate them. There was so much to take in, so we will be going to a class that Bert gives each month. This kind of service and attention goes above and beyond anything I've ever seen. They handled everything....insurance, licence plate transfer, etc. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and deliver the payment. We will be referring friends and family to both Chris and Bert. I would also like to thank Nina Deptula, the business manager. She was also very helpful. The dealership was beautiful. It was immaculate, and the cafe and fireplace area were very nice touches.
