Shortly before our lease was about to expire I was waiting for service and dropped by Ron's office to say hello and tell him we loved the car so much we decided to buy it when the lease expired. Ron did not pressure or try to cajole us into a decision. He simply laid out the pros and cons of leasing and purchasing. The next day, based on what Ron explained, we leased a 2018 RX 350, but felt that it was our decision, not Ron's. I'd recommend this dealership and this salesman in particular to anyone. More
