Never once did I feel pressured or rushed in the process, and Joe was able to find a car that met my very specific needs. Joe made himself very available which is EXTREMELY helpful given my schedule is almost impossible to accommodate, and when he was not available, he introduced me to Fred (Farhad) who was just as pleasant and down to earth to work with. I greatly appreciated this approach as I was able to work with both Joe and Fred to get quick responses and appointments that were convenient for everyone.
