He is a No. 1 Salesman accompanied by his professionalism, knowledge and ethical standards! I just leased a brand new NX300t and the transitioning experience in paperwork and details could have not been so easy with Bert. He is very informative and will elaborate on whatever questions you may have. Mr. Hall is a true class act!! His colleagues were very helpful and informative as well. It's a great team! Issues and no communicaton I have had my car serviced there several times for door locks, not my front passenger which they replaced a year a ago is not working and due to the c I have had my car serviced there several times for door locks, not my front passenger which they replaced a year a ago is not working and due to the cold weather the driver side is not working. This is a defect especially if I have had the other three doors serviced for the same issue. My wife has called on my behalf, every time they are ordering the part but seems to never to be delivered. The manager has been notified and still no on has reached out to me, several months and still no replacement! More
