Outstanding in all aspects...Atlantic Lexus of 110 After many years and many cars later, I thought I had experienced all facets of buying/leasing an automobile. Surprise!!! My experience at Atlantic After many years and many cars later, I thought I had experienced all facets of buying/leasing an automobile. Surprise!!! My experience at Atlantic Lexus with Keith Drago (GM) and Chris Uccellini (salesperson) was unprecedented. I first texted Keith about a price for leasing a 2019 ES350. He promptly sent me a vehicle specifications sheet for my review. He then gave me a price to lease this car for 36 months as well as the sales tax and fees due at signing. When I automatically questioned whether he might be able to give me a lower price, Keith said that I would be unable to find a lower price anywhere. How correct he was. Not only did I check with two other dealers, I also checked with a broker (who had recently sold my son a vehicle). Surprise again! Keith was right. None of these dealers/broker could even come close to this price. (They could not believe how low the quoted price was and stated there must be a gimmick.) There was no gimmick Keith introduced to to Chris who said that he would find me the desired car at the quoted price. He did! Chris was so professional, so personable, and so patient throughout the entire process. I came to the dealership about 1;30pm on Friday, December 14th; I left with my new leased car the same day. During this time, Chris took my wife and I for a test drive, helped us fill out all of the necessary paperwork, introduced us to other pertinent personnel, and eventually explained all the technology and workings of the car. Every step of the processes were so smooth. During the next few days, I received texts/phone messages from Keith, Chris, the sales manager, the service department manager...all wishing me well and stating they were always available for any questions. Never have I dealt with a car dealership like Atlantic Lexus of 110...so professional, compassionate, true to its word, and now my "dealership for life." I highly recommend Atlantic Lexus of 110 without reservation. More

Recently i was unhappy with my current lease of another brand, and was introduced to Bert Hall by an old friend. my immediate opinion of Bert was positive, because he afforded me an opportunity , no other dealership or salesman ever afforded me. This was on a Monday and by Wednesday i was in the new Lexus i had just leased. The vehicle i turned in was returned by Bert to the appropriate dealership. Bert explained the functions of the vehicle and answered any questions i had, even days later. He is a refreshing breeze as a car salesman, knowledgeable, caring, informative and i hope he will still be their when the lease expires, as i would lease my next Lexus from him again. Since i am a senior he also related to my age group and problems that exist in this new modern digital age. Overall i was very satisfied with my experience with Bert Hall. Mel of Melville More
