Great Experience After dealing with Lexus of Queens which was one of my worst experience , I walk into Atlantic Lexus Of 110, I was received by Andre Galarza, the Man After dealing with Lexus of Queens which was one of my worst experience , I walk into Atlantic Lexus Of 110, I was received by Andre Galarza, the Manager who introduced me to Bert Hall as the Master Certified Sales. Well Mr. Hall did meet all the criteria of a Master Certified Sales. He gave me so much information about the car and was able to answer all my question. He also gave me an intensive test drive. He explained all the financial data and gave me several scenarios. I was able to make an informed decision. Two days after I pick up my 2019 RX450h, I received 3 calls for different level of managements and from Mr. Hall as well to ask how do I feel about the car because they wanted a satisfy customer. The people from Lexus of Queens need to come and take a class of customer service form Atlantic Lexus Of 110 because they Rock!!! More

Great purchase experience We had been dealing with a Florida Lexus dealer over the years. However, when investigating the new LS 500,via e-mail, the salesman wasn't that respon We had been dealing with a Florida Lexus dealer over the years. However, when investigating the new LS 500,via e-mail, the salesman wasn't that responsive. Went to the Atlantic dealership in January to just see the color combinations. Spent over two hours with salesman Joe Dilegame who knew we weren't purchasing at that time. He was very responsive and showed us several cars in different colors and also took us for a test drive. On the return from our two month trip to Florida, saw Joe again and settled on car optiions, color and price. (Another two hours!) Two days later took delivery and Joe spent 3 1/2 hours with us going over the various features even though this was our third Lexus and we were familiar with the basics. He even paired our cell phone with the car's bluetooth. More

Poor quality control My wife and I had leased a Lexus E350 approximately two and a half years ago. We had five payments left on the lease when I received a phone call from My wife and I had leased a Lexus E350 approximately two and a half years ago. We had five payments left on the lease when I received a phone call from a sales rep. She informed me that there was a short promotion regarding the new Lexus UX that we might be interested in seeing. My wife and I made an appointment to see the new vehicle and to determine if the promotion was something we could be satisfied with. At first appearance my wife really liked the car so we decided to follow through with with lease agreement. We subsequently made a appointment to pick up the vehicle. On thé day of pickup the sales rep drove the car around to the front so we could inspect it. Upon inspecting the vehicle I noticed that the bumper had a scratch and the wheel well trim was marred and the drivers side rear view mirror clear coat was scratch. I then informed the sales manager(Gene) that I would not take the vehicle in it’s present condition. He assured me that all the damaged would be repaired and that I would be satisfied when it came time to pick it up. On Thursday March 21, 2019 my wife and I returned to pick up the car. It was raining that day so I did the best I could to inspect the vehicle. It appeared that the issues had been corrected so we took the car and drove home. On Saturday March 23 2019 I went into the garage, walked around the car and noticed a couple of scratches on the hood and one on the quarter panel. At that point I felt it was fruitless to continue communication with this dealership. I forgot to mention that the “new” car had over 100 miles on it! One person I was pleased with, Denise the sales rep., but as far as sending out a new car in that condition, they should be ashamed of themselves! More

Great Salesman and Great Dealership I have been using this dealership for about 4 years now and have always been very happy. I just had the privilege to work with Neil Fogel on a new car I have been using this dealership for about 4 years now and have always been very happy. I just had the privilege to work with Neil Fogel on a new car purchase. He is very knowledgeable, laid back and friendly and such a nice person that you will feel he has been your friend for a decade. He worked great numbers for me and helped me get into the car I wanted, all within a couple of days. I also worked the financial side with Nina Deptula -- again super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone for making this the most pleasant car purchase experience I have ever had.
