Eventhough we knew about the vehicle that we want, he thoroughly explained what the details of the car. He showed us the car and demonstrated, how to operate it. Mr. Larry Smarh was the person assigned to us regarding financing. He gave us all options that would allow us the lowest amount of financing. We were happy that it was within the budget so we did not hesitate because it was a good deal. Larry also gave us points on how to make our credit scores look better. Routine maintenance The service department is excellent. I can get an appt quickly and the environment is very nice. A service consultant met with me right away and reviewed what my car needed done and how much it would cost. They have complimentary coffee and pastries and wraps at lunch time. ( I know this is built into the cost of the car but it’s still pleasant). The buying experience was terrible. If I ever buy another Lexus ( and I like the car very much) I would have to use a car buying service or the computer. More
