Lexus Recall I came into the service area and I was met by Everett. He was very polite and was concerned. While I was there I picked up some wiper blade refills which I was going to put on the car myself. Everett returned my car and everything was clean everything was in order. It was raining outside. He saw the wiper refills in my hand and before I left the dealership he said let me pull your car in out of the rain and he proceeded to install them for me before I left. It took him all of two minutes to do it. He was the best service man I’ve ever encountered and I would go back to this Lexus anytime I needed something done. More
