Having had a great experience with the 2011 model My husband and I decided to stop in to the Atlantic dealership on 110 to look at the 2020 RX 350. Having had a great experience with the 2011 model , my husband was interested in the 2020 with all the updated safety and other features. At the time, we had planned on buying or leasing one, not two vehicles. Suffice it to say, before we left, I decided to lease a car as well. I was so impressed with our salesperson's ability to address all of our questions and concerns and especially to hear about all the safety features, that I decided to lease one too..LS300. ..The fact that Mr. Fogel had been with Lexus for so many years ( I think he said since 1996), we knew we were in good hands. There was no dancing around pricing, rebates or failure to disclose important information or options.. My last car buying experience at another non Lexus dealership was torture, this experience was truly a pleasure. A total coincidence and pleasant surprise, it turned out that we were fortunate enough to have the very same salesman who had assisted us when we purchased 2 vehicles back in 2011. Neil Fogel is a very experienced, knowledgeable and caring individual who worked to provide us with enough information to make the right decision for us. At no time, did we feel pressured in any way. Truth be told, we did not even feel that we were being " sold to", as much as consulting with a knowledgeable individual who guided us through a huge amount of information in order to make the best decision based on our needs and preferences. This was definitely a customer focused and client needs based process..In our view, the very best approach of all.. I must say sadly, that this is highly atypical of most other experiences with car salespersons that we have had in the past. I do not want to fail to mention the very efficient and professional manner of the gentleman who handled the financing end of the process for us. Kenneth Melendez, Business Manager could not have been more attentive and helpful in working through the closing of our lease agreement and presenting options in terms of various programs and add ons. Again, no pressure, just a consultative, well informed process. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and certainly Neil Fogel and Kenneth Melendez. We appreciate the time and assistance they both provided to us and we could not be happier with our new cars. More

Sales Consultant Habib Raza showed us a couple of models and asked us about the features and options we were interested in. He was very professional, and friendly. When we asked about how much money we could expect to get if we traded in our old Lexus RX 330 model, he was very honest about likely price we would get from the dealer and potential price we could get if we sell ourselves. He was not pushing us to make quick decision, and was very patient to listen our opinions and concerns. Comparing to our experiences at another dealer, we felt comfortable to purchase a new Lexus RX 350 from Atlantic Lexus of 110. We made decision quickly and completed our purchase within a week.
