Unpleasant experience In view of corona virus I expected that service would not be up to par but the service I received was way below par, I had to leave numerous messages In view of corona virus I expected that service would not be up to par but the service I received was way below par, I had to leave numerous messages before my calls were returned. I was promised that the car would be delivered with everything cleaned and detailed. Car was in the same condition as before when it was delivered. At the time of delivery I was told my sales rep (Denise Sanmartin) would drop off a copy of the papers I signed and also put them in the mail. That never happened. Two weeks went by and finally after numerous phone calls, the papers were emailed to me. Also, after I requested these documents, Denise told Maria Gamba from the corporate office that I misplaced the papers. This was untrue and insulting. I could go on but it's too late as this was a cash deal and Lexus already has my money (as per Invoice #101192 dated 04/30/20). I have bought and leased numerous Lexus vehicles in the past, mainly from Lexus of Smithtown where I should have gone in the first place; but geographically Farmingdale was closer and more convenient. I will never, ever deal with Atlantic Lexus again as I find their sales tactics are a throwback to the 60's and 70's. Judith Livreri More

My car was picked up within fifteen minutes of the original time. My car was serviced and inspected and returned to me that day by 3:00. I couldn't ask for anything more. More

I would not recommend to buy any car from them because they are not trustable. they will lie to you, they will hide bad things about the car you are going to purchase. they are totally dishonest. I asked them to take some picture from inside and outside from any possible body damage. they took some picture from such angle that you would not noticed anything. They did ground ship the car to me without showing me the shipment check list ahead. When I received the car, I noticed that she had a lots of scratches and dents and tear on the body. I asked the driver to show me the cargo shipping checklist and there I realised that what the F...xx they had been shipped to me. I did call them back right away and they had nothing to say but the junks...Horrible experience buying the first car from distance and trust some one who keep saying God bless you. Never believe again. I've got my lesson. More
