I went to this dealership seeking out a Certified pre-owned vehicle that matched my criteria. I live out of state and had pre-arranged financing so I approached them about purchasing the car under th pre-owned vehicle that matched my criteria. They refused to move $400 on price in order to make the deal work, even though they have had the car on their lot for 6 months, according to CARFAX. Additionally, the deposit I left on the vehicle has yet to be refunded after over a week. While the salesman was friendly, the level of service and has been extremely poor. I have since bought a similar Lexus with similar miles and more features from a local dealership and had no issues at all. More
