I decided to go to Lexus of Massapequa after reading the fantastic reviews online. Prior to my visit there I had been at another Lexus dealer and was underwhelmed with the experience there. I am glad I changed dealerships as the experience at Massapequa was a pleasure. The trip from Brooklyn wasn't quick but it was well worth it. All the staff were friendly and the environment was extremely comfortable. Lenny in Sales was very welcoming, courteous, and professional. Larry in Financial was also a pleasure to work with. There was no feeling of pressure and I felt extremely confident with my purchase. Lenny helped me find the perfect car for me and my budget. He was very patient with all my questions and uncertainty and even helped me set up my Blue tooth in my new car. I purchased a pre-owned white Lexus ES350 that I am thrilled with. I have recommended Massapequa Lexus to all of my friends and family. Thanks Lenny and Larry!! More

He spent an enormous amount of time with us, knowing that we weren't ready to buy. Let us save you the time of shopping around. After visiting many other dealerships, Lexus and others, we went back to Roger to buy our car. We got the best customer service, best price and overall best shopping experience at Massapequa and were 100% happy with our purchase. Once Roger made the sale, Salmon the Sales Manager and David the Finance Manager were also a pleasure to work with. I visited the service department a week after purchase to have side moldings added. Everyone there was pleasant and efficient and the waiting room was clean and inviting. All in all, a top notch operation. More

This time consuming endeavor ended when we met Chris Bahamonde at the Lexus of Massapequa. Although Chris was extremely busy on that day, he spend ample time with us for a test drive and for explaining the details of the car. He was very patient with us during working out the deal. He came up with various options until he struck the deal we liked. Even his boss was surprised when he saw so many pages of work-out sheets Chris tried out for us. Both my husband and I were very impressed with Chris's enduring spirit along with his friendly, pleasant and professional service. We will definitely go back to Chris at Massapeaqua for our next car in the future and highly recommend him to our friends. More

After weeks of car shopping, going to numerous dealerships and endless car lots, we just couldn't settle on a vehicle that fit our family. Not only did Joseph Dilegame manage to get us into that vehicle, he smooth talked his way to get us the price we were looking for. Not to mention, David Rosenstein, the finance guy, working his literal magic to get us an even lower interest rate. If purchasing cars was a hobby, I'd stick to this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and extremely professional. The atmosphere is great and they're very accommodating. Both my husband and I, and our two toddler girls, are very satisfied with our purchase.
