I have been servicing my car at Atlantic Lexus for years. Last week I brought my car in, met with Roseann, a fairly new service employee. She went over all of the items I needed, I agreed to have the work done. I came to the dealership to pick up my vehicle to find over $300.00 dollars worth of parts added to my bill !!! I was never told about these items until I was reviewing my bill. Fuel injector part and a bulb for over $200.00. This practice of dishonesty will catch up to them. Not cool. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Apparently Mike Balletta is not there any longer. More

Worst customer service. Ordered a new car. Was told it was in after a month. It was the wrong color. Was left sitting for a half hour and was told that the car wouldn’t be in for weeks. No apologies.
